White tea and green tea are most important categories of tea. I am comparing both tea on some points like Caffeine content and benefit on health. Both teas come from the plant Camellia Sinensis .The main difference between these teas is in the harvesting methods. Normally white tea is made from the new buds and leaves and Green tea is made from the old or mature leaves.

White tea contains low caffeine instead of green tea. It contains 15 mg of caffeine, which is approximately five mg less than that found in green tea.
The main benefit of these teas is its antioxidants properties. This property can prevent the cancer. In recent research scientists found that green tea gives us more direct benefits rather than white tea, but white tea has been discovered to have high concentration of antioxidants.
The benefits of green tea are mood enhancement and preventing of osteoporosis. They are particular effective in preventing heart disease and diseases the cholesterol level. In other hand white tea has greater anti-bacterial and anti-viral effects which can help your immunity system. It also has amino acid thiamine, which can have a relaxing effect.
